Gunshe (Ghanshyam) Ramchandani. Started way back in early 1980’s assisting my dad in his studio with wedding & studio portrait shoots, which were sort of routine & uninspiring for me. Then one fine day my cousin from Chennai calls up & tells me he has started Advertising & Industrial photography, which is very exciting. The next thing I know is I am all fired up & in 1984 started my own Advertising & Industrial photography in Hyderabad.

I was always an out of the box thinker & could think ahead of the times as far as photography trends go.

Milestones:

1989: Started a studio dedicated only for advertising photography in Hyderabad, with complete facilities like shooting, developing negative rolls, slide films, making blowups up to 60 inches wide & lamination for exhibitions & displays.

1991: Joined Dinodia Picture Library as a leading stock photographer from Hyderabad to supply premium stock images to sell all over the world. Awarded Photographer of the Year continuously for 10 years, including Photographer of the Decade for consistent performance

1994-2002: Started selling Food translites to fast food joints by making food stock image catalogue & also appointing dealers in places like Poona, Bhopal, Chennai, AP etc.

2001-2010: Did job work for US Studios like restoration & retouching works & studio was converted into a mini software company of sorts.

2010: Bought Kodak Express Franchise for making & selling personalized photo gifts, which is doing very well now.
