**The Biscuit Factory Blockbuster: Lights, Camera… Wedding?!**

**The Biscuit Factory Blockbuster: Lights, Camera… Wedding?!**

There are photography assignments…

And then there are *adventures disguised as assignments*.

This one began innocently enough — a simple industrial shoot inside a biscuit factory. I walked in expecting warm buttery aromas, smiling workers, cute biscuits rolling by…

**The Biscuit Factory Blockbuster: Lights, Camera… Wedding?!**

Instead, I stood face-to-face with a **metal monster**.

Two gigantic tunnel ovens.

Each almost **150 metres long**.

Stretching endlessly like some spacecraft assembly line.

The client walked in like a commander before a launch.

“Top angle shot,” he said.

“Full oven length visible.”

“Even lighting. Absolutely no shadows. No drama.”

Inside, I was laughing.

Outside, I was nodding professionally.

No drama?

Brother… there was about to be *theatre*, *opera*, and *Bollywood climax*… together.

### **Reality Check**

I looked at the beast. Then at my lighting kit.

6 to 8 studio lights twinkled back at me like,

“Bhai… humse na ho payega.”

Even if every studio in Hyderabad donated equipment, I’d barely manage 25–30 lights.

What I *needed* was over **100** light sources.

It was like being asked to light the Great Wall of China using birthday candles.

That’s when the universe whispered…

“Shadi…”

---

### **Enter: The Wedding Idea**

If there is one thing India has mastered, it’s weddings.

And if there is one thing weddings have mastered, it’s **GLORIOUS, CRAZY, OVERPOWERING LIGHTING**.

I turned to my team with a grin.

“Guys… we are going to get this factory married.”

We drove straight to a wedding lighting contractor.

He looked at me suspiciously,

“Baraat kidhar hai?”

**The Biscuit Factory Blockbuster: Lights, Camera… Wedding?!**

“Biscuit ki shaadi hai,” I said.

He blinked.

Then laughed.

Then stopped laughing when he realised I was serious.

---

### **Operation: Biscuit Baraat**

We took the wedding light guys to the factory.

They looked around in awe.

“Yeh sab pe light chahiye?”

“Haan bhai. Heroine bhi yahi hai. Villain bhi yahi hai. Sab yahi hai.”

I walked them like a film director on set.

“Yeh angle soft glow.”

“Yahan thoda romantic warm tone.”

“Yahan filmy highlight.”

Security clearance was given.

Wires rolled out.

Bulbs climbed walls.

Switchboards buzzed.

**The Biscuit Factory Blockbuster: Lights, Camera… Wedding?!**

By evening…

The factory transformed.

The deadly industrial setup now looked like a grand Bollywood set.

Gold halos around steel.

Soft yellow glows on machines.

Shadows dancing like choreographed extras.

Someone from the agency whispered…

“Boss… this doesn’t look like a biscuit factory…

This looks like **Yash Raj Films presents: Biscuit Saga**.”

Another just said,

“Bro… goosebumps.”

---

### **Action!**

Camera went up.

Frame locked.

Lights breathing.

Machines humming.

*Click.*

Magic.

The oven looked majestic.

The frame felt alive.

The photograph wasn’t just documentation —

it was storytelling in light.

The client stared at the monitor, silent.

Then turned to me and simply said,

“Yeh… expected nahi tha.

Yeh… Hollywood hai!”

---

### **After That Day…**

Wedding lights became my secret weapon.

Architectural shoots.

Commercial facades.

Boring grey buildings.

I’d whisper to myself,

“Shaadi bulaao… magic dikhaao.”

Clients would ask,

“How did you shoot this at dusk and still make it glow?”

I’d smile,

“Shaadi ka magic hai, boss.”
