Vipassana Meditation benefits


Let me share with you about the Vipassana meditation technique, which I have been practicing since 1983. It is an amazing experience and has got too many benefits if done regularly & correctly. It works directly on the mind & matter phenomena and starts removing impurities from day one. The end goal is to remove all the negativities of the mind and become a pure hearted person, which is quite possible with this technique. But lots of patience is needed to work on it. Everyday one needs to sit for 1 hour in the morning & 1 hour in the evening. Believe me I have become a very calm person, more equanimous & more humble than ever. All the hyper activity, followed by my super anger and restlessness has gone. Sometimes even I do not believe it. I am always smiling now, whatever the situation.
